Christmas is almost here!!! And the house is ready for this season, We have added a little bit of Christmas all throughout the house to make it more comfortable for you and your group, weather is for a night or longer stay we want you to feel right at home & forger your worries in this spacious and serene fully renovated home, close to downtown & Baptist Hospital but away from all the noise, enjoy the open space, big rooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, WiFi, big back yard with a launch area and fire pit ready to enjoy!

The space
3 beautiful big bedrooms, Master Suite with a King size bed and an on-site bathroom on first floor, upstairs you will find a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and a small couch to relax, 3rd bedroom with a full size bed (sleeps 2) plus a very comfortable convertible chair that sleeps 1 and and a queen size high mattress, also a full bathroom upstairs and a designated work area. Making the best...

Patti called before we arrived to say the pipes had frozen at the house but that they were working on them; when we got their later that night, despite all Patti's and her family's best efforts could not get hot water flowing. We had already checked and couldn't find any other suitable accommodations. We were only there two nights and managed fine with ice bath showers and washclothes scrub downs. Despite not having hot water, the house was beautiful, and fit our needs perfectly located an easy 1 mile drive from convention center where our conference was held

Short stay

It was really nice. We just wish there would have been dish towels and cleaning supplies. Fly swatter and dust pan. See thru curtains were scary. We didn’t know it was a second story. The house was beautiful and clean. We did enjoy ourselves.

LOVED our stay

If you are looking for a place to stay in Fort Smith this place is fabulous. The property is very newly renovated and very clean and modernly designed. Very comfortable bed. The host is very easy to contact and have every detail needed about our stay. She even made our stay so comfortable by leaving toiletries just in case you forgot something, some snacks in the kitchen, and tons coffee and creamer. I absolutely loved the kitchen as all the drawers were labeled as to what’s in the drawer so you don’t have to go searching through all the drawers, GENIUS! We loved our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The location is pretty close to anywhere you would need to go. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautifully Detailed

We really appreciated the detail and cleanliness of the property. The privacy fence and small patio set up in the back was perfect for morning coffee or hanging out grilling. The beds are super comfortable and the bedding was great quality. Towels smelled very clean and they even go out of their way to include bathroom items you may habe forgotten. Overall the venue is a diamond in the rough as it sits among the developing neighborhood. Beautifully taken care of and we definitely would rent again!

Amazing

This is just what we were looking for. We wanted a place to celebrate Christmas and the house was already decorated for the occasion. The place was spotless and everything looked new. Very spacious with three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, while the master bedroom and master bath was downstairs... plus a half bath. You're located minutes away from anything you want to do. The street is not busy and there was a large parking lot for our children to play on their toys across the street. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in the Fort Smith area.

Great Stay!

I might have spoiled my referees too much, as they were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations and have advised that they will happily work EVERY tournament we operate if we put them up in places like this property! Up front communication regarding property details was fantastic, which made my job in coordinating the reservations that much easier. We would definitely look to return when we host state championships again at Ben Geren Soccer Complex. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us! We would highly recommend it to others!

Home away from home

This host met and exceeded all of our expectations. The home was beautiful, so well decorated, the home was spacious. All the little details like the cozy outdoor seating, baskets of goodies like snacks and toiletries were such a kind gesture. I will definitely stay here again when we come to town❤️
