“Although we really enjoyed our stay in the area and the host was very responsive and great to work with, the overall cleanliness and condition of the property didn’t match expectations for the price.When we arrived, we had to rewash most of the dishes, cookware, and utensils before using them. The dryer also had a heavy lint buildup, the king bed sheets had visible streaks and stains, and there was a bit of dirt in the hot tub. “The fridge was not cold enough to keep our food refrigerated. We also found there were alot of spider webs outside and inside . There was old chicken uncovered in the freezer. The hot tub had jets that were broken. Just expected to to be cleaner and more well kept ”

“Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home tucked away in the mountains. We loved the small touches like the s’mores basket, indoor lights and AC on when we walked in, and the comfy bed. However, it would have been great to have lights on the pathway to the front of the home because it was dark when we arrived.
