“Overall, this home was fine for one night while 9 of us waited for our home in Destin to be ready. While the house is older and could benefit from a deep clean (baseboards, walls, doors, etc.), it was a solid stay, and I can appreciate that the host provided amenities such as snacks, toiletries, and had a Keurig with tons of tea and coffee. Also, the bedding was clean and comfortable. In summary, it was decent for one night, and we had no major issues.”

“My husband and I and 2 small dogs stayed a week. By the third day we smelled mold but it was mostly in outdoor porch area. We noticed ants on the counter and bought ant traps. They didnt work. The floors were filthy my husband wears white socks and the bottoms were awful. No shoes allowed inside. I wet a papertowel and wiped an area of the floor it was black. The rugs were covered in urine, Im suprised our dogs were not tempted to pee also, but they were good. We took up the rugs in bathrooms...

“Warning!!! Do not book this house. I didn’t notice the high cancelation rate when we booked. We booked and paid in full 2 months prior. Host canceled on me 3 days before check in with no explanation at a high travel time! Host not fully refund me. And then listed the property as available at a higher rate! This was a stressful experience and made our trip so much more expensive, and cost me so much time trying to get a full refund and rebook.”
