“My boyfriend, dog, and I stayed here for 5 days. The host was very quick at responding, we had a great time, and it’s only 5 minutes from the beach. The place was definitely cleaned but we found cockroaches in the cabinets and spiders in the showers. It looked like some of the bugs had been sprayed but not wiped after on top of the shower. When we walked in it smelled really bad and there was mold in the air vents. Also floor in the kitchen is falling in. There is definitely rotten wood framing...

“My husband and I and 2 small dogs stayed a week. By the third day we smelled mold but it was mostly in outdoor porch area. We noticed ants on the counter and bought ant traps. They didnt work. The floors were filthy my husband wears white socks and the bottoms were awful. No shoes allowed inside. I wet a papertowel and wiped an area of the floor it was black. The rugs were covered in urine, Im suprised our dogs were not tempted to pee also, but they were good. We took up the rugs in bathrooms...

“Warning!!! Do not book this house. I didn’t notice the high cancelation rate when we booked. We booked and paid in full 2 months prior. Host canceled on me 3 days before check in with no explanation at a high travel time! Host not fully refund me. And then listed the property as available at a higher rate! This was a stressful experience and made our trip so much more expensive, and cost me so much time trying to get a full refund and rebook.”
