“Great location with convenient access to the Destin Convention Center and beaches. Large private pool with deep end and plenty of room for swimming. Quiet, private backyard with beautiful trees providing shade. Showers have modern shower heads and excellent water pressure. Communication with host was timely and stress free. Overall terrific stay.”

“My boyfriend, dog, and I stayed here for 5 days. The host was very quick at responding, we had a great time, and it’s only 5 minutes from the beach. The place was definitely cleaned but we found cockroaches in the cabinets and spiders in the showers. It looked like some of the bugs had been sprayed but not wiped after on top of the shower. When we walked in it smelled really bad and there was mold in the air vents. Also floor in the kitchen is falling in. There is definitely rotten wood framing...

“My husband and I and 2 small dogs stayed a week. By the third day we smelled mold but it was mostly in outdoor porch area. We noticed ants on the counter and bought ant traps. They didnt work. The floors were filthy my husband wears white socks and the bottoms were awful. No shoes allowed inside. I wet a papertowel and wiped an area of the floor it was black. The rugs were covered in urine, Im suprised our dogs were not tempted to pee also, but they were good. We took up the rugs in bathrooms...

“Convenient location. Although home was clean, there was kind of a funky/musty smell in the house, specifically in the kitchen area. Host were very responsive and friendly. Had an issue with the TV getting to the right input that was kind of a headache, but was able to resolve on my own. Check in and out were simple. Walking distance to a good pizza place. Would recommend this home for a future stay.”

“Everything was so clean. The house smelled amazing. The host replied very quickly to any questions we had. It was very close to the attractions and several beaches and parks. Very well supplied too with dishes, silverware, and cook wares. The pool was very clean and the area around the pool was very clean. Another great thing we loved was it was pet friendly. And the backyard was completely fenced so plenty of room for your fur babies to roam. We will definitely rent again for future visits.”

“John was great to communicate with when trying to book and during our stay. We were traveling with our boat and looking for a place to accommodate us parking a boat with trailer was extremely difficult. Not only was there plenty of room to park the house was very nice, clean and comfortable! It is in walking distance to multiple restaurants, putt putt golf and ice cream. The public boat ramp is also only 5 mins away and was never crowded! We will definitely rebook on our future trips.”
