“We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional.”

“Beachfront room - on the pool as well. Room was damp & the cable went out for days. They are strict with their check in time - we didn’t realize the time zone (1) hour difference and sure enough, had to wait until 3:44 pm. No problem- just drove here from South Florida (10) hours to be denied a from until 4 pm, when I could go online and book a beachfront room that was readily available. “We had an excellent one night stay. Casini, the GM has done a wonderful job with this property and staff. The wonderful lady overseeing the front desk was cheerful and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters loved swimming in the pool and the automatic pancake maker At breakfast. We typically don’t take a bottom floor and said this time so we could get checked in to an available room. 10 minutes in the room we started seeing ants. We waited just to see if maybe a one off until we continued to see them throughout the carpet and smell what appeared to be a pest control spray. “Property was very clean and offered a nice poolside area w hot tub! Fantastic shopping area; however, even though I paid in full for 3 nights, I had to leave a day early for personal reasons, and they charged me $160 for early check out. I just didn’t understand why since I had already paid.”
