“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Our first room had noticeable stains on the bed linens and floors, so we requested a room change. While the staff did move us, the second room had the same issues—stained bedding and dirty floors as well as a space in the door that didn’t close. We asked for fresh sheets, but the staff seemed reluctant to help, stating they had already moved us and that the sheets are changed daily. That response made us feel like our concerns about cleanliness...

“Everything was absolutely magnificent! My husband and I travel a lot, but having the opportunity to meet the general manager was a true honor. It was inspiring to see someone in such a management position genuinely embody the spirit of teamwork; he was actively wiping tables and putting out condiments for the guests! I highly recommend staying at this location—you won’t regret it. We can’t wait to visit again very soon. All the staff was very helpful and hospitable.”

“Looks can be deceiving! In room- AC made a horrible racket the whole time in use. Half the lights didn't work. Our belongings got locked in the safe. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. View was nice. Pool was not clean very cloudy. Staffing was short the tiki bar closed quite early most days. Bought a souvenir cup $(20) unlimited non alcoholic drinks, from the tiki bar to find out the drink my child wanted was out of stock half way through our 5 day vacation. (Lemonade)...
