There was still sand in bathroom and shower was dirty. AC was not easily adjustable. One positive was that the bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again.”

“The rooms are cleaned every 2 days which is not preferable for my family. This is the first time staying at a Hampton and was disappointed with having to wait for a room to be cleaned although we had reservations. We also killed a few roaches. There were unsupervised kids playing ding-ding-ditch as well as. The only good thing was the pool and the beach access.”

There are 2 things that could have made my stays better: 1. The walls are too thin. I can hear everything going on from the hallway to the next guest room. 2. The hotel refuse to recognize my member program because I booked the trip thru Expedia instead of booking directly with Marriott Bonvoy. That is quite ridiculous to penalize members for...
