“Our stay at the Seabreeze Inn in Fort Walton Beach was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. The receptionist was completely unaccommodating and lacked any sense of basic hospitality or customer service. Things only got worse when we walked into our room. It strongly smelled of cigarette smoke, making our entire stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. We expected a clean, comfortable room and a welcoming staff, but we got neither. Save your money and book somewhere...
