Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10...

“Stay was great overall. Easy access to the beach and loved the shuttle service. The only downside was how they said it was a breakfast buffet available for additional charge. I paid the extra fee for the amount of my stay but, to find out it was not buffet style it was à la carte. It was still good with great service from the hotel staff. Just giving others a full disclosure on this.”

“The only thing I didn't like was that the room cleaning wasn't completed—they didn't replace the glasses, they didn't clean the shower, and one day they didn't clean at all, leaving neither water nor coffee.”

“My ONLY issue was the bathtub filled up halfway while showering and they were not able to send someone in right away to fix it. Had to deal with that for the 2/3 stay. Other than that, we honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely stay again if we are in the area! ”
