“We booked this hotel on short notice. Although we arrived several hours early, we paid a $50 early check-in fee, which was acceptable given our need to shower and prepare for the day. The hotel offers basic amenities, including comfortable beds and a clean restroom—suitable for overnight stays. We primarily used the room at night and enjoyed the pool, which was well-maintained. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would consider booking this hotel again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Henderson. We appreciated the on-site amenities and easy access to their private beach. The food was really good and the staff were also wonderful, especially the pool bar and beach staff. You can easily spend multiple days at this resort without going offsite. I also appreciated the proximity to the park next door and many good restaurants within close driving distance. We will be back!”

“The hotel was affordable and in a great location right on the ocean. The pool was also nice, and overall the price and location were the main positives of the stay. However, there were several significant issues with the room. It smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived, and although we requested a different room, we were told none were available. We were told maintenance would spray something to help with the smell, but no one ever came. The room also was infested with cockroach’s. The...

“Always friendly staff and great service. Only thing I had trouble with was when we went to get pool towels at the front desk, we saw a basket full and reached in without knowing they were dirty and the front desk person did not stop us. Thankfully another employee was walking by and let us know that the towels were used so we managed to get clean ones. Breakfast is always great! Amenities always work good”
