“Check in was interesting, with the kiosk video agent. The in person desk person was very helpful too. Location is walking distance to harborwalk though not a short walk. The bus service is limited but rideshare is cheap and fast. Target and Publix are near as are several food joints. Bed and room was super nice. Microwave is good and refrigerator too. Free coffee but breakfast isn't served. Only complaint would be it takes a while to get used to the AC odor. It may be due to the recent wet...

“They gave away my king room and charged me $25.00 extra for a double queen room after they gave away my room that I already paid for. The breakfast didn't have many choices to choose from, and the pancake machine was broken.”

“Front desk was friendly and efficient. However,...Our room was small and in a corner by ice machine on 3rd floor. I came down right away and asked same person at front desk if I could see another room and she said all rooms are the same size. I knew that wasn't true by the pictures posted on internet but decided not to make it an issue. But must say, I was disappointed in her reply. “Absolutely overpriced and ran down! Was overcharged on my cc for an “incidentals charge” and can’t reach the front desk at all, tried multiple times. The phone in the room did not work, very small rooms, horrible smells in the hallways. Would absolutely not refer anyone to this property!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere”
