About this space
Spacious Coastal Getaway #1 is the perfect home for you and your loved ones. Bring the whole family to this just completed brand new home with lots of room for fun. Newly built, it's bound to be your coastal sanctuary during your stay at the beach. Why stay in an older worn or renovated property if you can be one of the 1st to enjoy this beautiful custom home? Brand new luxury furniture, Full kitchen, Spacious living room, washer & dryer BBQ grill and more! You won't be disappointed!
The space
This brand new custom home is 1 of 4 new homes available for you and your gang. The home is over 1650 sq ft, with All brand new luxury furnishings, decorating, and bedding.

Centrally located in the heart of Ft. Walton Beach minutes away from the areas attractions, shopping, restaurants, both Eglin and Hurlburt Air Force Bases, and of course the Emerald Coasts beautiful beaches!

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen including large refrigerator, range.microwave, cookware, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee and more, a master walk-in closet, king bed, 2-queen beds, pull out sofa, large dining table, patio, barbecue grilling area with charcoal provided and private yard area.

Also has a 2 car garage and plenty of free extra parking, space for your boat, large entryway, , wifi, cable television with a smart TV"s in all bedrooms.

If you are traveling for work or pleasure you will truly enjoy this wonderful property. If you have children/infants there is a Pack N Play portable crib, high chair, and booster seat.
Also we provide beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, and beach towels for you to take when you enjoy the beautiful beaches.
Guest access
The guests have the entire home to themselves. The patios are separated by a fence.
