The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 queen beds, 4th bedroom - 2 queen beds This unit sleeps 12.

Our host, Brooks and Shorey, was wonderful! Excellent communication throughout the process. The house was excellent! Clean, bright, welcoming with some new renovations. And, the view of the Gulf in our deck was spectacular!

Family beach trip!

This property was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect size for our large group. And dont even get me started on the view! The beach had to be one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too. The instructions and communication from the host was very clear. 100/10 would come back in a heartbeat. clear

CBH-A in Fort Walton Beach

Good location in an older unit, right on the beach. Could use some upgrades but it was adequate for our group. The bonus golf and tours were a nice add-on. Parking space was good. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We would stay there again.

Amazing short stay

This place is amazing. It was the perfect end to our road trip. It was a great location, clean and tidy. Although it doesnt look it, but it has an amazing shower!! We definitely wished we had longer than 4 nights so we'll definitely be back.

Coconut Beach House A

Amazing views. Very spacious. Access to the beach was easy. The house was clean. Has a convenient store right around the corner. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash rags. Extra pillows. Only complaint was no frying pan or some sort of baking sheet and the dryer took 3 full drying cycles to dry any clothing. We will be booking again! Brooks and Shorey were amazing hosts and we loved the online guide

Everything was good except 1 TV wasn't able to connect to WIFI, which wasn't a huge problem for us bc my family is close the members in that room only slept once they were in the bed.

Nice place

Everything was very clean and the manager was very nice. The only complain for us was the beds were not very comfortable. One of the beds made a noise when a person turned over or got up off the bed. One of the beds was too tall for my 5ft2in tall wife to get on. Other than that eveything was great.

Great location

We absolutely loved the location. The house could really use a good deep cleaning and a few upgrades. We had to strip one of the beds when we got here bc the sheets was dirty. The floors really needs a good mop and broom. The view was absolutely stunning. I had to call maintenance and the people was great and very courteous and fixed our problem with in a hr. We have discussed renting the same house next year. So overall other than needs a good cleaning and a few upgrades it’s an amazing rental property. We will rent again.

Great location!

Great location! We considered Destin but chose Okaloosa and glad we did. Much less crowded and beach was perfect. This property is practical for families but needs updating. We had the upper unit and spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying views of the gulf. I would not recommend the lower unit if views are important. Store across the street was convenient for supplies. The app used by the agent is very helpful. Check in and out was easy. Overall the location is this units strong point.

Wonderful Unit, due for deep clean/upgrades

Awesome place and a great trip! Check-in was as easy as could be. Upon arrival, there was sand on the floors and the bathroom on the right side of the unit had no plug for the tub and the sink was not draining properly, but within 5 minutes of emailing, I received a phone call and the offer to send out maintenance and a cleaning crew. The whole unit is definitely due for a deep clean and the flooring by the kitchen stove/bathtubs could stand to be replaced as it is visibly grimey. Overall though, a good place to stay and we would stay again!

Great place but needs some changes

Let me start off by saying, I loved the location and the view! It was incredible. Pros: -Easy access to a convenient store for quick grabs. -Wasn’t too loud outside. -Very short walk to the beach and came with tons of chairs to use. Also had outdoor seating which we used a lot -It had a brand new stove and fridge. Could’ve chosen a bigger fridge though given that this place can sleep a lot of people! -full kitchen. Will need your own coffee filters, condiments and dish soap. -plenty of dining seating -spacing was GREAT. I didn’t feel like we were right on top of each other. Few things that we encountered: -there is not enough parking for 4 cars per unit unless you park behind someone and honestly that just doesn’t work given the driveway -needs some additional living room seating. With 6 adults and 4 kids, some of us had to sit on the dining chairs. The area is large enough for another chair or two. -the tub in one bathroom didn’t drain quite right with showers but didn’t hold water for baths. the other tub had no stopper. So tub baths for kiddos wasn't the best during our stay. The bathrooms were overall VERY clean. -washer and dry are very small and kind of out dated. The dryer took a long time to dry items. -needs a bigger broom. One that covers a larger area and helps gather sand. -needs black out curtains in each room.

Family beach stay

Our stay was great the location was great. The oven did not work that was a big issue as we had our menu planned for the week and had bought food before we found out the oven didn’t work. Not sure how that Brooks and Shorey could not have been aware of this due to having guest check out the same day we checked in. We was compensated for that. The washer and dryer could be bigger for a 4 bedroom house. Would rent this place again.
