“Been dealing with being charged $1,000 for a room I didn’t stay in plus the one I did. The person that occupied the actual room also paid so they’ve made double now on that room. It’s been over a week and it’s very frustrating when they have to make sure they made a mistake before they’ll refund the money. I’ve shown my receipts and the other person has too. Now the hotel says they’ll have to check with the bank first before they can refund the money. I’m a Hilton rewards member and I expected...
