Welcome to Ksweetly's Sunset Cottage where comfort meets chic coastal style; centrally located in Fort Walton Beach in a family-friendly neighborhood about 5 mi to Okaloosa Island's sugar-white sandy beaches. Relax on the front porch swing; play in the fenced backyard on the sandy beach-like volleyball & badminton court--the games continue after sunset with the LED rackets, birdies, and volleyballs for glow in the dark fun! 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 9; clean/comfortable furniture, office space. One story home with easy access to all areas of the split bedroom floor plan; ideal for families, couples, or extended stays for traveling professionals or retirees. Enjoy a cozy living room, well equipped kitchen, dining room that seats 6 at the table and another 3 at the bar; high chair on premises; 3 smart TVs with Wi-Fi and cable, office area (desk and task chair) in the daybed room, comfortable beds, fresh linens, cute décor and a super fun volley ball/badminton sand court in the back yard, complete with LED rackets/birdies and glow in the dark volleyball so you can continue the fun after sunset! Large back deck with outdoor table and chairs and cafe lights. Fenced back yard with grassy play area and toddler slide. Big front porch with an open pergola, porch swing and seating under the shade of an oak tree. Check with your host to see if early check-in or late check out is available. We will accommodate you if vacancy before/after your stay and housekeeping availability makes it possible. Home Features: 2 king size beds; 1 queen bed; 3 twin size beds = sleeping for 9; Twin daybed/twin trundle (office area) room off of the living room; King size room with en suite bathroom/walk in shower is in the back of the house behind the kitchen; Bunkbed room with King bed/twin bunk down the hall on the front of the house; Queen bedroom with exterior door to access the back yard and back deck, across the hall from the bunkbed room **The 2nd full bathroom is in the hall nearby the Queen and Bunkbed rooms; Living room has a soft, comfortable couch that seats 3; love seat for 2; 1 arm chair; On site free parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway; New kitchen with stainless refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and K-cup, toaster, crockpot, blender, pots, pans, dishes and utensils; Cold central A/C and cozy heating; Complimentary tea, coffee, K-cups, sugar, creamer; Each bedroom has a nightstand with outlet hub to charge your devices, sound machine for peaceful rest; closet with built in shelves, hangers, and suitcase stands; Extra pillows, blankets and fresh towels provided; Keyless self check-in with your own code; Ring doorbell, backyard security camera for peace of mind. You'll have the entire home to yourself; the entire driveway, front and back porch and backyard with sandy volleyball court. As locals, we can offer lots of recommendations for activities, restaurants, entertainment, fishing, boat rentals, etc. Just send us a message and we will do what we can to help make your visit everything you have dreamed about! This is a neighborhood where families live, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am per county regulation; Absolutely NO parties are allowed on the property, if you violate this rule, your stay will be cancelled and your entire group will have to leave the premises immediately. This is a non-smoking home; no pets allowed. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

This property was so gorgeous, clean, spacious, with a great location!! My hubby and friends were there for a volleyball tournament, so the volleyball net was a plus! The house is close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants! The house was totally remodeled and had everything you need when on vacation! Plenty of tea, coffees, and snacks were at our finger tips! Every pot, pan, dish, and appliance you could ask for was in this house! The host is very responsive and went out of her way for us! We will be back for sure!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Love love loved our stay!!
