Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with pets.

🛜 Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you'll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

◆ Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A clean and simple place to stay in Fort Walton

If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Fort Walton Beach that’s clean and has relatively easy access to the beach, this is your place. This is one condo of an eight multi-family unit that provides access to a decent pool and a hot tub. This is a no-thrills place. It’s very simple and has what you need for a nice getaway. The neighborhood it’s in is a little questionable—a mix of nice vacation rentals and some low-income housing. However, it’s safe. We had no issues with any riffraff running about or creating problems. But this condo seems to separate itself nicely from all that, thankfully. The walk to the public beach access area is short and easy. The condo itself is super comfortable and clean. The beds are excellent. In fact, they are so nice we questioned our choice of mattress at home. We want one this soft and comfy! There are TVs in every room, which is great. It can sleep five to six people—albeit that would be quite crowded for this place. It has one bathroom, washer and dryer, hairdryer, stove and oven, iron and ironing board, but no dishwasher. All dishes have to be done by hand. But no big deal. We would come back here for sure. It does the trick. I highly recommend Stewby’s Seafood Shanty down the street. Amazing seafood! Try the shrimp tacos and hush puppies.

Family stay with dog

Fantastic property in an ideal location and walking distance to beach and great restaurants. Although this property is pet friendly, you would never know an animal had been in the house; the property is immaculate! Nicely decorated and very clean. Will absolutely stay here again.
