Rilassati in questo spazioso condominio immacolato che si trova direttamente sul Golfo del Messico. Questa bellissima casa vacanze ha una vista spettacolare ed è a pochi passi dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca della Costa Smeralda.

Le portefinestre dal pavimento al soffitto sia nella master suite che nel soggiorno conducono al vostro balcone privato. Summer Place 409 dispone di quattro ampie camere da letto e può ospitare comodamente nove con un letto matrimoniale nella master suite, due camere da letto con letti queen size e una camera matrimoniale / doppia a tema giovanile. Cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e bar per la colazione fornito con tutte le comodità di casa. Il soggiorno ha ampi posti a sedere e una nuova HDTV al plasma con lettore Blu-Ray e WI-FI. Ogni camera ha anche una TV con il proprio lettore DVD per ulteriore divertimento. Il bagno principale dispone di vasca idromassaggio con cabina doccia separata. Questa unità affitta da sabato a sabato giugno-agosto.

Five Star Location, Condo Needs TLC

Location directly on the beach and overlooking the pool was fabulous. Able to walk to several restaurants, marina for fishing charter, and had a front row seat for evening fireworks from the balcony!Condo lived large and was great space for our joint family vacation. Clean condition.Some room for improvements: it was very evident the condo is managed by a rental company, not a private home. All linens and household good are very bare bones.Single ply toilet paper, rough sheets, flat pillows.Could really benefit from a front door mat to wipe feet.. tracked in a lot of sand.Kids room bunkbed was very shaky, absolutely cant hold anyone larger than small child. Found a broken support beam on top bunk.Disappointing they rental management only provides "1 starter" of common things. We were only given 1 kitchen trash bag to serve 8 people for 7 days, then told we had to buy our own when needing more!

Family Fun

We were all very please with the location of our condo. Beach/ ocean view was amazing & not over crowded. There were a few things that made the condo feel a little dated but we all were still very comfortable with the amount of space we had. Check in/out was awesome, kitchen had all the cook/ dish ware needed. The WiFi was not good at all which posed a small issue for some in our group because it was needed for work/school. The bathrooms were dated & tubs didn’t drain well. Other than those small issues everything was great during our stay. Jake our beach chair guy was amazing. He paid attention to family’s stay times & did his best to make every guest happy with their location.

Excellent stay

Check in was a very easy process. They notified us it was ready early around 1:30pm. Location was perfect in front of the gulf view and we could also see the kids below in pool/spa. One of the two Elevators broke once during week but they quickly fixed; not a big deal. Furniture in rooms were not excessive. Gives you plenty of space to sprawl out. Kitchen was stocked with enough cooking gear and extra plastic containers others left behind. Beach was awesome. Master bed was a little hard, but doable for the week. Ice machine wasn’t the best in our freezer. Didn’t keep up with usage had to buy ice. No leftover spices or seasonings so bring your own. Close proximity to Old Bay Steamer restaurant. Traffic is a bit busy coming over the bridge. Local grocery store Publix is a madhouse next to the bridge. I recommend using different one down the street. But kinda what you expect of the area for vacation time. Overall, we had great time great location, great view great room.

Family Spring Vacation

Check in was easy. Condo very clean. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Plenty of parking available. Could use a second hot tub, only had one and it was small always packed. I would recommend this condo.

Fall Break 2022

We really enjoyed this property! We needed the condo re-mopped - grateful for good communication with the property people - it was completed very quickly. We loved the balcony ocean views, the walk across the street to restaurants was very convenient! A few of the beds could use an upgrade- our backs hurt, but we are sun kissed and we will definitely stay at Summer Place again! Thanks for the memories!

Excellent place to stay

We stayed for a family vacation for the first time at this location. It was great! The rooms were cleaned and organized. The pool was great and it was so close to the beach. There was a maintenance man always cleaning. We really loved this location and look forward to returning to it.

A little bit of heaven

Room 409 accommodated our family perfectly. We have stayed here before and it is one of our favorite places to stay. There was only one issue. The floors were sticky when we checked in and the babies feet were black on the bottom from the dirt. The mops in the condo were not suitable to clean the floors so I had to go to the grocery to buy a new mop so I could clean the floors. I didn't think that i would have to be mopping floors on my vacation. Otherwise everything was great, and this condo is a great place to stay.
