“I was greeted with 2 fire trucks & lots of people at the front of the building just hanging out. Out of exhaustion & in an emergency due to me had been driving for 15 hrs, I checked in & was told something was going on with the elevator but everything would be good. Another guest stated that the elevator was on fire, & it was a great day for us all because we all would be getting huge discounts as she just did. I asked the attendant did I need to rebook elsewhere? She stated “NO”, everything is...

“This is the best BW we’ve stayed at. Staff are very friendly. Hotel rooms are spotless. Breakfast area are is very clean & well looked after. Food offerings have a good selection to send you on your way.”

“The hotel is dated and not very welcoming. It is in need of an extreme makeover. There are newer places in the area. Please take the time to read the Google reviews on this hotel. We wish we had … We are travelling to Fort Wayne on a monthly basis now and will not be staying at this Best Western - even if the nightly rate seems reasonable. ”
