Hotel vicino a Fort Whipple Museum - Prescott

“This is an older historical hotel with minimal amenities. The rooms are very small , our room floor was a little sloped. The elevator was not working the entire 3 days we were there. The staff was pleasant. They have 2 bars to choose from. The bistro was not open as they were updating it and this made it very inconvenient. The hotel stated they couldn’t notify us of the issues due to 3rd party booking.”

“Abbiamo trascorso due notti in camere doppie con balcone. Letto molto conodo, camera pulita. La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona. Comoda la lavanderia con asciugatrice (3 dollari in tutto piu un dollaro per il detersivo. Bella la piscina con asciugamani disponibili e sedia per supporto disabili. Gentilissima la signora della reception”

“Staff were not helpful at all. Our room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there even after notifying staff we would like housekeeping to come by. We had rotting food from tje room service we ordered stuck in the room which made it smell not great. When we called tje front desk we were told that housekeeping had already left and that was that. Not to mention room service is only for breakfast for a few hrs a day and the restaurants carry the same menu so its not very resort style at...

“The size of the room was great and it was clean, easy to move around. The bed size was very good and very comfortable. Clean sheets also. In the negative sidethe microwave was broken and the toilet size was for a new born baby. When I went to take a shower the water pressure was poor and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. When i came back from dinner my parking spot was taken and i had to park 150 yards away.”
