“The property has some age showing but, the room was clean and the A/C was working good. The staff were helpful and parking was free. There was some aircraft noise but not disturbing. Overall I’d stay there again.”

“The room had the standard thru the wall air condtiioner smell. Breakfast was ok. They have a pancake machine which was a nice change from waffles. Some noise from the road but it was to be expected since facing the highway.”

“Paying almost $700 for 2 night single person is outrageous. In regards to that I was traveling with family and they knew it but still placed me in a handicapped room on another floor. I am not handicapped but they would not move me to another room. It was very uncomfortable. Seems check in desk are very young and not experienced in customer service. ”

“Abbiamo trascorso due notti in camere doppie con balcone. Letto molto conodo, camera pulita. La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona. Comoda la lavanderia con asciugatrice (3 dollari in tutto piu un dollaro per il detersivo. Bella la piscina con asciugamani disponibili e sedia per supporto disabili. Gentilissima la signora della reception”

“We stay at the St Michael every time we are visiting Prescott. We love the location, the staff, the comfortable clean rooms and the Ford & Sword Speakeasy. Price is always resonable.”

“Place has the necessities. There isn’t a lot of room For more that one group to use the jacuzzi, the tv in the room kept going to ‘no signal’ and when working, the local channels never worked. Breakfast was ok, there could be more hot fresh food options. The bathroom was small and the curtain rod was coming off of the wall and the beds easily moved exposing the metal bed frames. It wasn’t a great stay but wasn’t horrible.”

“Shaun unpacked 2 scooter and all our stuff! We love you!!! The room was enormous, shower was awesome, the pool was gorgeous as we spent the afternoon swimming! Thanks for a really great Mother's Day weekend!”

“Room was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking pots. The complementary breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous.”
