“I was surprised upon arrival tha t the hotel didn't really match my expectations for the 200 a night I paid. For my 2 night stay I expected housekeeping to at a minimum refresh the room and provide fresh towels. After a day of shopping and visiting historical sights I was taken aback to find my room exactly as I left it. The walls are very thin as you can hear your neighbor without any problem. Heat in the room consists of a stand alone heater. Would I stay here again? Probably not.”

“The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store. After a 4 1/2 hr drive to get there, we had to hit the road again. My family just slept, took showers and watched tv there. We did not use the...

“A great, pet-friendly hotel, conveniently located close to the 87 interstate, about half way between NYC & Montreal. Free parking ! The breakfast was decent for a buffet-style. The coffee was too watery though...extremely weak !”

“Room is very small. But so is the price, I guess. Shower drain was plugged this morning. Could not have 2 consecutive morning showers. Told the management on my way out. Response was I could use the room next door to shower. Really? I told him he should send me a discount. Hard to imagine the look on his face when I suggested he should send me a discount to compensate me for "no shower" this morning. "No No, use the room next door." You know; "you get what you pay for!"”
