Beautiful home near TCU and Medical District.

This beautifully remodeled home is in a quite neighborhood minutes away from TCU, Downtown Fort Worth, the Medical District, The Fort Worth Zoo, and so much more. Less than 20 minutes away from AT&T Stadium. Within close proximity of shopping centers and amazing restaurants. There are 3 queen size beds, one in each bedroom and a sofa bed. Relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this amazing oasis .

Our stay

The house was beautiful very clean and was perfect for our family. The only thing that we felt was a safety hazard was that there were a lot of divots in the floor due to water damage; so we had to really watch were we were stepping. First night when we got there I was giving my son a bath and the lights blew a fuse and it kept going in and out and my husband had to keep resetting it. Also, there was no sponge to clean our dishes so we had to just get breakfast because we had already used all the clean dishes. The arcade game was super fun easy to use we absolutely loved it. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The neighborhood could have been better I had thought there was a park or something fun nearby but we had to drive instead to go do activities. It was nice to have an alarm in the house to ensure our safety. It was our first time in Texas; we had a lovely time there. Thank you for the stay.

It was ok..

Communication with owner was great, they even worked with me on a partial refund for a shorter stay, only a week before arriving. However, it was close to the convention center, which I needed, but the neighborhood is not great. I was originally supposed to stay by myself and I am glad that I did not! The house itself has everything you need, a/c and heat worked great, beds were comfortable, but the house has some structural issues, as you feel big dips in the floor when walking through. The texture on the ceiling in the hall is falling off, and the owners put the washer/dryer in the small bathroom, which leaves a VERY small opening to get to the toilet. I had to turn sideways and suck it in to get through, god forbid you be in a rush or need to get sick, you might find yourself in a pickle. All in all, it was ok...

Comfortable stay

Good value for the price. Convenient location. Ramon very attentive to any communication. Nice park nearby with walking trail. Supplied bottled water which was great but we had to supply our own basics like salt/pepper and oil or spray for cooking.
