I prepaid for this hotel for 4 nights, when I got there I was told that they could not accept the reservation. I asked for any kind of room substitution and was told they can't do it. Instead, I got to spend hours on the phone talking to robots and chatting with computers. Wasted half a day, and did not get my refund till days later, which left me with almost no money to get a new hotel.Not sure who carries all the blame. I just know it was a terrible experience.
