Quiet, family friendly, and safe neighborhood. Neighbors are very nice and respectful of the property and guests

House is located right next to two freeways: 820 and I-35. If you're heading northbound on I-35, you can exit on Fossil Creek Blvd and turn right on that street. If you're heading west from 820, you can exit on North Riverside Dr and turn right on that street. Regardless of which exit you take, you will come to the roundabout where you will find our neighborhood called 'Enclave at Fossil Creek'.

*PETS: We are aware of how important fur babies are during travel. This house is pet friendly and we are happy to be hosting your pets as well. We remind you that there is a $35 pet fee for entire stay. We do ask that guests NOT allow pets on furniture (couches, chairs, bed). Pets must be crated if being left alone in the house. If your pet has an accident inside the house, we ask that you please clean it up. Poopy bags can be placed in the dark gray trash bin inside the garage but we warn that the smell can become too strong. The other option is for you to leave the baggies outside in the backyard patio and throw them in a pink trash bag before throwing them in the dark grey trash bin on check-out day. If your pet did have an accident, please notify us as well as it makes it easier for us to deep clean if we know immediately!
*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. There are residents on either side. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. An additional fee will be charged if the smell of marijuana or cigarette is detected.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously
