Welcome! A Few Friendly House Rules
We’re excited to host you! To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please review our house rules:

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 5 PM onward (Early check-in: $50, earliest 2:30 PM)
Check-out: 10 AM (Late check-out: $50, latest 1 PM)
Unauthorized early check-in/late check-out: $150 fine
Must request early/late check-in 24-48 hours in advance (not guaranteed)

Smoking
No smoking inside! $300 fine if detected.
Smoking allowed outside, away from doors/windows.
If you are sensitive to smoke smell, please do not book with us.

Quiet Hours & Guest Limit
Quiet hours: 9 PM - 9 AM (no loud music or loitering outside).
No parties ($300 fine). Gatherings allowed with approval & extra charge.
Max guests: 15 (including visitors). $5 per person per night after 6 guests.

Pets
Pet fee: $52 for 1-2 pets, $82 for 3-4 pets. Unregistered pets: $250 fine.
Please clean up after them & prevent damage.

Respect the Property
Keep the home tidy! $200 charge for excessive mess.
Keep doors/windows closed to prevent bugs—pest control is done regularly, but we’re not liable for insects getting in.
Do not move furniture ($100 fine).

Pool, Jacuzzi & Outdoor Areas
Pool is serviced weekly (pool guy may show up). No heating available.
$200 fine for throwing items in the pool and not picking them up

Trash Days
Trash pickup: Monday & Thursday.
If your stay includes these days, please place bins at the curb.
Bins must be 3 ft apart from each other, the mailbox, and any vehicle—otherwise, the service truck won’t take them.

Towels
Housekeepers may sometimes leave towels in the dryer to fully dry.

A bsolutely terrible. It forces me to give stars or I can’t leave a review. The communication was terrible. We were on our way there an hour away when they send a message that there’s no gas. So no hot water or stove. So we didn’t go cause we have little ones. I was told I would get a refund and it’s taken 3 weeks of me calling every day to get it!!! Don’t trust it.

This house was completely disgusting. Beds with hair in them, shower drain had hair, pool disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 1 month, dishwasher NASTY, fridge did not keep things cold, stove did not work, and no hot water! The host would message back but would be very very vague and not give me anything. The worst thing about it is the water cut off notices! Literally turned the water on a week before we got there. Horrible and scamming people. Do not book and if you already have then cancel and find something else. I will say Vrbo helped get a refund after the first night because this was absolutely horrible and no one could stay for a weekend.

Horrible nothing worked everything was dirty property owner showed up and tried to kick family out before my wedding because they said the people that were buying the house hadn’t paid them and house is in foreclosure

From the moment we walked in we could tell it had not been clean. The living room was filthy. The main bathroom off the front door was disgusting as well. My daughter checked the bed which she planned on sleeping in and could tell someone had slept in the bedding as there was hair and dead skin. We immediately stripped the bedding. We went to the closest store and ended up buying cleaning supplies (none available in the house) so we could clean to make it tolerable. We checked out the outdoor living space as that was the main draw to the house. The pool was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been treated in months, there was old food on the ground, along with random electrical cords. The grill area was unusable and unkempt. My kids found used socks in the couch when they sat down. The N word had been spray painted on the fence by the pool. Overall the outside looked like no one had cleaned it in ages. Just a hot mess. There was also holes in the couch and also in the wall. Ironically enough it is no longer listed on VRBO.

Let us down

My family put together the review because we went together as a family: Negative things about the house...-Hole in wall @ entrance-Hole on a sofa cushion -No control for the TV in the front bedroom-Pool is filthy-biggest disappointment -Supposed clean dishes had food residue and others had greasy film... all had to be washed b4 using -Coffeemaker had used kcup, a gnat came out when opened and the pot still had coffee -Stove was dirty-Kitchen infested by gnats, some were the size of small flies-Countertops were dirty -Dishwasher has a fowl order when opened-No dishwasher soap available to leave running-Dust on all surfaces-Cobwebs and spiders in several areas-Animal fur on the sofa and the dining room chairs and bedrooms, absolutely disgusting -Lots of mosquitoes in every room, had to purchase spray to kill-A pile of leaves and trash were outside beside back door towards the pool-Trash cans smelled literally like dead animal, were both half full, there's no way they had been taken to the curve on Thursday, we left them at the curve for Monday pickupPositive things about the house...-Great neighborhood -Great neighbors-Spacious-Beds were comfortable -Had the amenities, shown on the website, been truly present it would've been a great stayHad so much potential. My family is a tough crowd. But I have to admit booking a house for the pool and not being able to use it, is the biggest let down. Next time we'll stick to a hotel with a pool.

Beware!!!

I reserved a stay for my family of 8 from 5/29-6/20, 22 days. We made it 13 days before we couldn't take it anymore and left. Upon arrival, the pool was dark green, a toilet wasnt flushed, there was trash in closets, and chip crumbs in bed sheets, the floors were dirty and caused our socks to turn black and there was a HORRIBLE fruit fly infestation. Later, we discovered the master toilet would not flush, 2 stove eyes would not ignite, the oven didnt work at all, AND there was standing black water/mold in the dishwasher. The smell was rancid and engulfed the house. As soon as we shut the dishwasher door, water leaked all over the kitchen floor. We ended up having to deep clean the house ourselves. We immediately notified the host, who said they'd send a pool guy and handyman, repeatedly and for days. After noticing our clothes smelling, I inspected the wash machine and found black/brown mold. It took 11 DAYS for a handyman to be sent to fix the dishwasher, stove eyes, and master toilet. Despite the dishwasher being unclogged and water drained, the smell and mold still remained and it was not usable! On day 13, during the middle of the day, the power went out. I was able to confirm this wasnt a power outage. That was the final straw. Upon our departure, the pool was still green, oven still not working, wash machine remained unsanitary, fruit fly infestation remained, and dishwasher needs to be replaced. Appropriate compensation was not provided and we feel scammed!!
