~Always supervise children in the pool. Renters are liable for any mishaps, injury, etc in the pool and hot tub, etc
~ Always rinse feet and body prior to entering hot tub, additional charges may apply as this clogs the filter and can compromise longevity of spa.
~ Cover hot tub when not using and ensure bubbles are urned off.
~ NO GLASS OR BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON OR IN, AROUND HOT TUB OR POOL.
~Any damages or breaking of rules will result in applicable fees deemed fair and necessary by host and airbnb resolution department
