The Space:

This modern and comfy space will ensure a memorable experience with its stylish design, guaranteed cleanliness, and carefully picked amenities.

• Living Room Amenities: 50in 4K UHD Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Kitchen Appliances and Supplies: Stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, sink, coffee machine, coffee and creamer, Brita water filter, drinkware, silverware, pots and pans.

• Dinning Room: A cozy dining room table is located between the kitchen and the bed, perfect for those wanting to enjoy some TV with a meal. Table with 2 comfy chairs

• Bedroom Features: Queen-sized bed, nightstands with lamps, office desk with chair and lamp.

• Bathroom Amenities: The unit includes a full bathroom with a bath, shower, wash basin, mirror, and toilet.

• Provided Items: Towels, make-up towels, and essential toiletries are provided. Guests do not need to bring their own toiletries.



Guest Access:

• The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

• You can relax and unwind without interruption.

• Please park in any open space that is not reserved or covered.

• A visitor parking pass is provided inside the unit, which must be displayed on your dashboard at all times.

• Parking in front of the building is not guaranteed, but you can use any available spaces within the property.

• The complex is built to accommodate one visitor per unit.

• If all parking spaces are occupied, contact us for a resolution or alternative.



Other Things to Note:

• The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance.

• We pride ourselves on our cleanliness protocol to exceed every guest’s expectation.

• A flat $25 pet fee per pet per night applies for approved pets.

• Pets must be on a leash when roaming within the complex.

• Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee if not included in the reservation count before check-in.

• Early check-in fee of $40 (must be requested before 9am on day of check-in).

• Late check-out fee of $100.

• Trash Disposal Policy: Please bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout. Leaving more than one bag behind may be considered excessive and could result in a $50 fee.
