Place is great. Accommodations all first class. Only issue is the water pressure in the showers and upstairs bathroom. If this is fixed, I would book again for my future visits. If not, it would be a shame to pass on such a great property over the water, but it was not good. I’d advise gettiing new shower heads from Amazon - they have great shower heads for good prices that will fix the water pressure issues. I’ll be back in November and April and hope I can book this place again.

We had a great stay at the townhome. We really enjoyed having a safe parking garage and the proximity to restaurants, coffee and breakfast places. The AC worked great and our stay was worry free.

Concert weekend

My daughters and I stayed here for an Alan Jackson concert. We loved the location of this home. Convenient for walking and driving around. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Fort Worth, and we loved Fort Worth!!!

Wedding visit

The property was beautifully decorated and just as described. The location was perfect for our day as if was convent to every place we needed to be. Loved the fireplace. It was lovely and it was so peaceful to sit by and enjoy a cup of coffee. Place was spacious and wonderful. Came here for a wedding and it was great.

Start of Fall Semester Texas Christian University

We have stayed at this same property four times now. We love the layout of the condo, it is very well appointed and cared for. The unit has a nice two car garage which is very nice. The host does a very good job of communicating when necessary. The unit is as described. There is some construction in the area but it is not too bad. See you again in the spring. Thanks

Close to everything. Spacious. Lots of construction in the area but didn’t disturb us. Garage was helpful. And two bathrooms. Nice layout. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and coffee places.

Love This Place

As always, we love this property. We stay here every time we visit Fort Worth. The area around the Bryan condo is really growing and there are many walkable places for food and shopping. Stay here! Do not hesitate. Everything about it is perfect.

Perfect place to stay for convention to get away from downtown but close enough to walk to convention center or downtown restaurants. We wish we hung out more in the neighborhood as there was plenty of breweries and eateries a stone throw away!

Starting College

We loved the condo. It is just as pictured, very well maintained and very clean. Very spacious. Great two car garage. The neighborhood does have a great deal of construction going on and there is some noise, but not terrible. The neighborhood is near downtown and it is walkable, several coffee shops and places to have an adult beverage. We will definitely be staying here again as we come to visit our TCU Horned Frog.

A Place to stay play and unwind

Great communication, process was easy in an and out with ease on flexibility. up and coming neighborhood close to all things Fort Worth. Stock Yards , FW zoo, tcu, Sundance, Trinity River and oh my the food walkable bbq, upscale pizza beer and wine options close by Comfy beds great bathrooms nice touch with the wine Highly recommend

Perfect Flat for Family visit

The flat is just as described and photographed and the management and hosts were warm, helpful (not that we needed help) and responsive. The neighborhood is experiencing a transformation and we benefitted from the great cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Such a lovely modern space with great amenities, comfortable beds and beautifully appointed living spaces.
