Enjoy a relaxing stay in this immaculate, single-story home nestled in the highly sought-after Heritage neighborhood (the BEST) of Keller ISD and 10 acre Community Clubhouse/ waterpark.
Key Features:
• Fenced Yard: Perfect for outdoor enjoyment.
• Beautiful Landscaping: Professionally maintained for your pleasure.
• Convenient Location: Easy access to major highways (I-35, Hwy 287, I-170), shopping, entertainment, hospitals, financial institutions, and DFW Airport.
• Wildlife Encounters: Keep an eye out for neighborhood wildlife such as possums, squirrels, raccoons, and community cats. Please observe them from a distance and avoid feeding them.
Please note:
• No cats allowed.

Guests have access to the Heritage Clubhouse and Waterpark, including the Community Pool (featuring a lap pool, mini water park with zero entry, and a splash pad *May-Sept*), fitness center, playground, basketball courts, sand volleyball and tennis courts.

To use the Clubhouse/ Pool, guests must fill out a form and present their valid driver's licenses to obtain pool passes.

Access to all amenities requires a card, and guests are responsible for paying the associated access fees at the community office.

Great home and community!

The home was in great shape and home decor was perfect. It was well stocked in not the only basic fundamentals but lots of additional items that make it feel like home. Such as chip clips, batteries, extra light bulbs, set ups for younger kids, the list goes on. A beautiful welcome basic with top notch treats and a note was there to greet you. Tessa is a great host and helped with anything that needed attention or to answer any questions. She even replaced the microwave when it stopped working before the cold snap was to start!!Tessa even stopped by with homemade Christmas goodies! I highly recommend this home and will be returning there in the future!!!
