I honestly don’t know where to begin—this was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
The room was absolutely disgusting. There were dead bugs on the bed, which is completely unacceptable anywhere, let alone a place that’s supposed to provide a clean and safe place to sleep. The linens were in terrible condition—thin, torn, and full of holes. It felt like nothing had been properly cleaned or maintained in a very long time.
The entire room had a grimy, neglected feel. Surfaces were dirty, the floors were unclean, and there was an overall sense of neglect that made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, the staff made things even worse. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely unconcerned with the condition of the property or the experience of their guests. Any attempt to address the issues was met with indifference.
I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. There are far better options out there—this hotel is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.
