The home was clean and comfortable. To be honest, other than sleeping we weren’t in it a lot, but it was everything that it was advertised to be. We were in town for a convention and it is close to downtown and the convention center, which was nice for us because we don’t want to be around the crowds and nonsense.

Very clean and well stocked essentials for the morning! All beds were comfortable. Would have liked more hot water...if you fill up the house like we did you really need to space out the showers! Overall great place!

We enjoyed the location because it was close to all the activities we participated in during the Thanksgiving holidays. Loved that all five bedrooms had their own bath. With 12 people, it made our stay easier, we never felt crowded in the house. The host were wonderful and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you, John and Gina, for making our stay memorable.

This house accommodated a group of 10 of us to celebrate a bride to be! It was spacious & in an area that wasn't too far from everything. Hosts were responsive throughout the visit.

Over the place wasn’t awful, but for the price I do feel like the bedding should be updated and curtains should be hung. When we arrived the TV had fallen off the wall and unplugged the AC unit in the outside room. We got it figured out but then realized the outside bathroom has NO AC, not ideal for a Texas summer. Which resulted in one couple having to get a hotel room and pay more. I give it a 3 star because I feel updates should be made for the price. We also cleaned the filters in the AC unit because they were very full.

Fort Worth stay

Property was very well taken care of. All of the rooms were clean and fresh towels in each bath room. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. One couple stayed in the detached room. The kitchen was big enough to have a number of people congregate and the big table for dinning was very helpful to feed everyone - especially at Breakfast

The house was exactly as listed. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep for our Bachelorette weekend. The owners were accommodating and responsive. We loved the patio, mini golf feature, the light up mirror display and the spacious home to accommodate every one of our needs. Would highly recommend!

This is the best house we’ve ever stayed in on VRBO

The house is incredibly spacious, with a bathroom in each bedroom. The location is quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything, making us feel right at home. Gina and John were excellent hosts. They accommodated both our early check-in and late check-out requests also responded quickly to any questions we had. The only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, lots of room, clean and each person had private area to retreat to.

We arrived at night and the place had a great ambience outside. We were a party of 8. 3 couples and 2 singles. Everyone had a private room with attached bathroom. Each room also had its own thermostat, which was great because everyone likes a different temperature. The kitchen was nice and had a huge table for everyone to sit around. The hot tub was great and we used the putting green. Would highly recommend this property to a larger group. We had a great time and it was nice and close to our bowling tournament venue and stores.

The house itself is very nice and worked well for our group of 9 adult women. The beds, sheets, and pillows were comfortable, and the AC, TVs, kitchen, and overall privacy were great. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the putting green, picnic table, cornhole boards, and hot tub were nice amenities.A few things to know before booking: storage space was limited, so there was not much room to place luggage or hang clothes, and we mostly lived out of our suitcases. The backyard is more of a concrete parking/patio area than a grassy yard, though it does have seating and the hot tub. If you have multiple cars, that space may feel more limited. One bedroom in the rear detached area had a strong musty odor during our stay, which I reported to the owner so they could check it. Also, the bathroom for that bedroom requires stepping outside into the covered backyard area to access it. It is close by and covered, but it is helpful to know in advance. The biggest issue we experienced was that one of our cars was towed after being parked on the street during the day. We did not notice any street signs where it was parked, and retrieving the car cost about 300, which was a frustrating and expensive end to the trip. Future guests may want to confirm parking rules ahead of time and avoid street parking if possible.

Family Baby Shower

The house was very nice but the neighborhood appeared to be a very run down neighborhood. We were a group of all women and children and were a bit concerned about our safety. Once we were in the home, we felt more safe. There was some hot water issues and plumbing concerns. The Hot/Cold faucets are opposite and we did not have hot showers as well as a draining problem with a shower and the kitchen sink. When we reached out to the landlord, he was very attentive to our concerns which we were grateful. We felt like the home was very overpriced considering the neighborhood and then all the issues we had unfortunately felt like the value to cost was definitely not a match.
