“Only complaint was I had a bed full of some strangers hairs and it was alot I was so grossed out and it bothered me to the point I had to take a sleep sedative so I can sleep! Other than that i was Kool! But I won't forget it! Nice spacious and quiet clean other than my bed it was comfortable though as far as the feel!”

“The room was clean, but incredibly small. No amenities whatsoever. The noise was absolutely terrible—other guests, music, etc. No coffee pot or anything else that would be helpful. I hated my stay, but appreciated the security they had.”

“Elevator was trash, homeless people everywhere soliciting you overtime you walk out. Pot smoking throughout hotel.”

“Pretty run down. The first room we were given was in quite a bit of disrepair. We were moved to another room that was smaller and didn't have as many items needing repair. The breakfasts were nice. We did try to get sheets and a blanket for the pull out couch and was never able to catch the woman at the front desk to get those items.”

“Front staff was not friendly. He was more focused on whatever he was doing on his personal laptop vs helping me check in. Once i arrived in my room, i saw a baby roach right beside my door. There was a old odor as soon as we entered. Our sheets were wet. I immediately went back down to complain. He did move us to a different room. The smell was better but one night, we saw baby roaches AGAIN in my bathroom, there was ants along the window seal, and also we saw bed bugs. The pictures definitely...

“Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed ! The restrooms , beds and towels were so dirty , truly if you like cleanliness then don’t stay here . I was forced to stay here for the event connect soccer playoff the other hotel was way expensive so I chose this but I could not leave after Checkin since we had to stay at one of the required hotel to play in the ECNL playoff at fort worth . Everything is nasty in this place . Look for other place .”

“This hotel REAKED of smoke and chemical air freshener to cover it up. Awful stay and strongly suggest you pay the extra money to stay at a better establishment”
