“I stayed six nights. Unfortunately, I was awakened on two consecutive nights by the presence of rodents/mice. On the first night, they ate small chocolate eggs that were placed on the bedroom windowsill. I gave these gnawed eggs to the front desk. The staff member was shocked and did not know what to say. “La stanza assegnata al Sesto piano con -5 gradi fuori era senza termosifoni la tempesta rilevata era 16 gradi . Dopo due ore finalmente cambiano camera anziché fare un upgrade e scusarsi mi assegnano una camera inferiore al prezzo che ho pagato tipo ripostiglio, macchinetta rotta del caffè e finestra rotta con un palo di ferro accanto il letto. Un albergo veramente deludente Imparata cosa significa CUSTOMER SERVICE ”

“La stanza era fredda, le finestre non isolate lasciano passare molto aria fredda e la stanza non si scalda abbastanza. Nel pavimento vi era polvere, il letto è stato sistemato in modo approssimativo ”
