“The front desk staff and overall service at this hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming! However, there was a maintenance issue in room 901—the sink has a long-term leak, and the wood underneath has become visibly moldy. The staff is wonderful, but the room condition needs improvement."”

“I highly suggest not attempting to stay here. The key word here being "attempting", because check-in time is at 10pm at night, and after showing up at 9pm, we were told that not only was check-in time at 11pm, but that our reservation had been cancelled without our knowledge. The reasoning given for the cancellation was that they couldn't reach us and validate our reservation by phone. Not only am I skeptical that this is a legitimate reason, but the other strange things about this...

“All the staff were very kind, and the receptionist made a phone call for me when I needed help to talk to one of the tourism companies. The room is a bit small, but very clean and efficient floor plan and equipment. I would definitely visit there whenever I go to South Korea.”

“Gimpo is not as accessible as Myeongdong. I thought staying near the airport was a good idea. Not much to see and the town is spread apart. May be worth while to stay outside of Gimpo. Not unless you are into shipping.”
