“I loved everything!! Marina speaks fluent Italian so even though I can get by with English, having someone to talk to without any communication issues was the best. Not to mention that her and the other girls at the reception were always very friendly and helpful! All their staff are really very professional which is not a given.

For me that kind of accomodation is completely unacceptable above all if you consider the price which is quite expensive. I informed the concierge and they gave me a stupid reply. Since that...

“This is a very old and unmaintained hotel. The rooms were dirty, the breakfast was barely any choices and the staff did not care much about anything. The pool was so dirty you could see things floating around. The only good thing about this hotel is location.”
