“Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We were unable to use the backyard, which was absolutely beautiful and inviting, due to the schedule and weather. The off street parking was a big plus.”

“Clean and quiet”

“The location was perfect for our group. We attended a concert at Ruoff. Very clean and nicely furnished. We had off street parking. The beds were comfy. Host was very accommodating.”

“Our host Kim was very responsive from my initial inquiry right up through our departure. The home was as described, clean, comfortable and of good value. Best was that all “incidentals” were already in place- plenty of TP and paper towels, dish and laundry detergent- and a snack basket and coffee to boot! A true experience that we would like to duplicate in other VRBOs, but they often fall short. A strong shout out for this property!”

“Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.”

“Overall the house was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The decor was very cute. It was close to the venue we were going too, and a ton of shopping areas. The only complaint I have was I was unable to take a bath in the jetted tub because the water turned cold too fast and after trying for 2.5 hours I gave up. Aside from that it was a great place to stay.”

“The stay overall was ok. No where in the write up did it say that one of the beds was an air mattress. There were not enough covers for all the beds. The instructions for getting into the house were nowhere near accurate. We arrived a little early and asked about getting in to the house, was told there would be a fee, not mentioned anywhere in listing. There were no keys or codes for the house, when we asked about it we were told it would be ok to just go. Could barely read the hand written note...
