“Beautiful new hotel. Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly. Every staff member greeted both myself and my dog with enthusiasm. Perfect location in downtown West Chester. Parking in garage next store. Special price for guest. Does not accommodate vehicles needing higher height limits. Only 2 spaces for unloading luggage. Highly recommend. ”

The staff has been super helpful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable with that rustic feel, the restaurant is delicious and top notch, and the area is wonderful and has loads of stuff to do.
