“住了三晚，酒店很新，大堂還在裝修！房間很大，住得很舒服，附近有超市有食肆。酒店餐廳係最高層，食物三日都冇乜點變，有淥粉麵檔，但材料不足，如金菇、生菜都唔夠！咖啡機只得兩款咖啡選擇，有熱食、點心、沙律菜同生果，早餐都算不錯！要改善的地方就是：打掃房間時不應執走客人的物品，我有兩個密實膠袋、拖鞋及膠樽都被執走了！最後那天也沒有再補茶包咖啡等。”

“We are a party of five with three families two generations so an apartment hotel with a large dinning/family room fits our bill. We have a good time at Ascott M City. Super satisfied with our two bed room suite, and the friendly staff. In particular, Mr. Wu went above and beyond his required duties to help us to get the car, to send up food delivery without we ever asked for. ”

“Hotel di standard molti alti, in linea con la filosofia Intercontinental. Stanze molto spazione e dotate di tanti comfort, la tentazione di rimanere in hotel e di non uscire è molto forte.”

“Pur essendo nel sud della Cina, durante il periodo invernale in un hotel come lo Swissotel , credevo fosse normale avere il riscaldamento funzionante in camera e non la necessita di una stufa elettronica.... Ovviamente cosa che non ha risolto il problema. Per non parlare della connessione Wifi ”
