“We had to change floors last minute due to a vertigo issue- they were very accommodating and willing to help. The courtyard is beautiful and the whole staff very friendly.”

“Clean newer building, nice clean modern room with 2 tvs, nice view from 4th floor, small clean pool, small clean hot tub, higher rate with convenient breakfast buffet. Eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, salsas, waffle maker, yogurt, hot oatmeal, toast, bagels, apple orange juice, coffee, tea. Kitchen and bar menu with convenient store. Nice lobby, nice large indoor lounge nice large outdoor patio lounge with fire. ”

“Beautiful property. Pricing is a bit high. Accommodations were excellent. I believe off season pricing should be less to encourage more people. I pretty much had the place to myself. Staff were super friendly and helpful. ”

“The hotel is situated between a busy road and a trailer park, felt unsafe to go outside by myself and moved to a different hotel after first night. It is old and not like this picture at all.”

“Need treadmill, a basic fitness machine. Shower drained slowly. Bathroom door trolley system was noisy due to loose and missing hardware. Need simple green tea. Need more gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast. Sign said major allergens, but no labels elsewhere. No hardboiled eggs in stock. Keycard was annoying for elevator, but maybe a necessity. if so, volunteer more than 2 keycards for family. Tree branch had fallen in parking lot, other trees looked to be cracking, so need tree...

“The perfect location to enjoy exploring Fort Collins. The Hotel was a charming old building right on college street and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. ”
