“Clean room, but be next to the train was a bit noisy for sleep”

“I booked online and needed to check in that same night. Since I booked before midnight I thought I could check in. But no by the time I got to hotel it was after midnight so I had to wait till 3pm next day. So I had to sleep in my car for the night. Staff was rude.”

“We like to stay here when we have an early flight because it is close to the airport. This time there seemed to be way too much road noise…maybe the room location?? Also, the shower curtain broke and fell to the floor during my morning shower. It was too early in the morning to reach out to the staff so we just dealt with it. Not sure if we will be back…we will have to think about it”

“Some stranger knocked on my door and peaked in the window in the middle of the night poor coustomerservice and wheni booked online i wasnt told that there was also a reservation fee plus a pet fee and it was smaller than a studio apartment i will never ever stay at autzen inn again”

“This was the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. The biscuits were ice cold, the gravy was luke warm at best. The eggs seemed to be okay but the bacon was almost raw. Tried to eat but ended up going to Starbucks for breakfast the first Saturday and Denny's on Sunday morning. The "cooks" need training or be fired. I may not stay here again next year even tho' the room rates were very good.”
