“Initial room assigned TV wasn't working properly. Savannah sent maintenance to fix it to no avail. She switched our room to resolve the issue.
Chris worked with his staff so we could switch to upgraded room type extremely quickly.
Clean rooms, quiet convenient to shopping, dining and fuel.”

“The room was in terrible condition. We did not feel comfortable staying there. The surrounding area did not feel safe. The bathroom ceiling had a big hole in it.
Can’t believe that the charge for the room was $350+. We really wish we could get a refund. We did not stay there. Spent a total of 10 minutes in the room. Please don’t rent this room to anyone else. Do not recommend! ”
