“The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you need anything for the kitchen (cookware) you have to ask for it. Same with the hairdryer and ironing board. The laundry facilities are awesome. You supply your own cleaning products. But the $3 each for both the washer/dryer. They get ample clean and dry. The one thing that was annoying to me was the left turn out of the parking lot. It took forever to make a left turn safely.”

“The mattress was terrible! I could feel and hear the springs in the mattress. It was very crunchy and lumpy. I believe the carpeted flooring next to the bed would've been a better place to sleep. I don't usually give reviews, but this time I felt the need to. I wish breakfast were something they offered. It is not advertised, so I didn't expect it. The main issue was the bed. Everything else was okay for us.”

“The room was clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable. The bathroom sink needed some attention, it was clogged but they fixed it. And it needs cleaning where dirt and mold is hidden, especially at the overflow drain. Everything else was great. Breakfast is plenty and delicious, a few non-sweet options would be appreciated though. Shower is not a water-saving one, so plenty of flow. Climate control is efficient. Guests are polite and quiet. “The bedding at spots on it also did the towels, there was sticky stuff on the tables and half the plugs didn’t work, we did not once comeplane about anything and that was our mistake. Also it was never mentioned that they was remolding the hotel on any website so be ready to be woken up by load beeping and banging and eveything else at 730. My mistake for not taking pictures of everything in the room prior to sitting, touching or anything before you take pictures of everything towels, bedding,...

“The floor in my room was filthy. There was human feces on my sheets that I had to request to have changed. I brought it to the attention of the manager and she did not allow any refund. The washing machine was not working so I had to go to an off site laundry to do my laundry. Do not stay at this property. Pay the extra ten or twenty dollars to have a better, cleaner stay!”

“The second you walk in all you smell is old cigarette smoke. You can tell this place has always been a heavily smoked in building. Even the couple of times i went out to my car there were people literally right outside of the doors smoking. I had a non smoking room, it didn’t smell like smoke but there was a very strong air freshener of some kind in there and that’s all you could smell. The bed was very comfortable though.
