“I really enjoyed staying here. They clean room every day,make bed and restock fresh towels which is rare these days. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back here again.”

“There was major water leak from 2 floor to 1 floor ,rooms next to me was very bad , and fire alarm was on for 1 hour , everyone was out side around 5.30pm, front desk wasn't help much , only told us give a few hours to fix it , we went out for 4 hours and came back , the fire alarm still on and off til midnight while workers work on the problem, so noisy we couldn't sleep much at all .they dont help anything at all”

“I checked in and the room was smelling . Even after turning on the ac the room had smoky smell . The bathroom was dirty. And all the amenities were outdated. Not worth the price . It’s overpriced too. And the receptionist was not even helpful.”

“I booked a room with 2 double beds and I confirmed that at the time of check-in and was told yes, but when I got in room it had only 1 bed and when I went to front desk, I was told they are out of rooms with 2 double beds. I asked them to refund. the front desk person called his manager over the phone and I was told that manager will come in morning and issues refund. Instead I have been charged reservation amount and security deposit. Attempts to contact expedia and hotel has not help.”
