“This hotel is not up to standards! We had to wait 45 minutes to check into our room at 4:45! None of the rooms were ready. Everyone was waiting in the lobby with their suitcases. The room was run down. Legs falling off the coffee table. Torn and tattered bed skirt. We found 2 bugs in our bed when we turned down the bedding. The bedding looked like it went through multiple guests. It was extremely wrinkled. One tissue spread fancy on top of an empty tissue box. The balcony was filthy. ...
