I travel a lot for work, and I don’t need luxury—but I do expect basic cleanliness and things to function. This place missed both by a mile. From the start, it felt cold and unwelcoming. It looked like it had been cleaned, but clearly just rushed. Trash areas were dirty, and the overall facility felt neglected. My first room?
