“We have stayed at this property previously and had up until now found it to be clean and well maintained. On this occasion however we were distressed to find bed bugs. When we went to the front desk we were told there was no other room we could be moved to as the hotel was full. Were also told that there was no cleaning staff to clean the room. We were given extra bedding "to put over top" until the room could be cleaned the next day. We won't be staying here again.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Will say that the only negative was a lack of insulation from room to hallway. Could hear other guest when talking in the hall. But that only occurred for about an hour at 10 to 11.”

“The Mansion is a wonderful place to stay in if you spend some days in Denver. We enjoyed the city and we enjoyed sleeping there. The position is perfect for visiting Denver on foot. The structure is unique for its rooms, each one furnished with a very nice taste and very clean. We enjoyed very much the chats we had with Carl and Bailey, they are both super nice people and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our trip. “An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

“The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...
