Hotel vicino a Fox Den Driving Range - Stow

“Room was clean, needs some updating. Minor fixing like a very loose toilet seat.”

“Only stayed one night, but would no hesitate for one second to stay again for even longer.”

“Not sure if they were short staffed but the check-in process was a mess. There were many people that sat and waited for rooms to be cleaned and available. Eventually, we were given a key to our second room only to find out that someone was already in there. Also, this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at for quite some time that didn’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby. On the positive side, it was a clean hotel with comfortable beds.”

“Unclean room, sticky all over, breakfast is like scam, just a cofee and some donnutes left on tbe table. Over all not a good place to stay.”

“Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful.”

“They advertised complimentary breakfast, but it was not provided unless we specifically asked for it. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned regularly."”

“All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out”

“Exactly what I would expect from a Fairfield. Quiet, comfortable beds. Nice quick breakfast. One irritation is that the television was a pain to use.”

“It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???”

“Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.”

“Rooms were clean and well stocked, had more storage than any hotel I’ve been in. The breakfast was ok, but it complimentary so can’t complain. Parking was close and well lit. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Kent State which is what we were there for.”

“Staff was great, place was clean. Easy parking. Air conditioner didn't really throw cold air, and bathroom sink faucet was very loose.”

“This property is not handicapped accessible, it smells so bad I instantly got a headache. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in due to the smell and other very poor reasons, hotel said we stayed for the entire stay and not wanting to give a refund. Locals also stated this location has had many issues involving law enforcement to be present. Do not recommend!!!!”
