“As the first timer staying in your hotel.It's really sad to see that the rooms are not clean.The way they should be, i like the bathroom was really ugly with this yellow orange color slimy things on the edges of shower, the kitchen sink smelled really fishy is like the food processorneeds to be clean daily....my sister told one house keeper that th3 food processor was very stinky and only offer a scrub for us....bed sheets with stains,the entrance is very small to walk in...first thing you see...

“if you’re looking to be able to sleep before 2 AM, think again. We could feel the music vibrations and hear everything from the bar in our room. Worst night sleep ever! I wanted to do express check out, and that was offered on the tv screen and then it wouldn’t go through. Trying to leave after an event was a nightmare. There was a line just to get out of the casino because they only have one set of elevators . Also, if you go to make dinner reservations, be aware that some of the restaurants...

“Didn’t feel like a 4Star experience at. I had to request changes of linens and towels two separate days. Elevators were out of service for around two hours one of the days of my stay. I had to walk down from the 20th floor.”

“The staff and rooms were great. The breakfast was a great experience each day. However, one reason we booked this hotel was to be able to swim. The pool was closed the whole time due to pipes being broken. We sure were disappointed. Wish we could have been updated b4 checking in. We also were not able to utilize a veteran discount on your site.”
