“First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. “3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money .”

“Amazing place to stay, we had a double room with our own bathroom. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable while being convenient and sustainable. The location was right in the city centre but still nice and quiet and the reception staff was the loveliest, giving us local recommendations and letting us leave our luggage during the day. Would definitely recommend!”
