“Overall, my stay was fantastic. Staff was very nice! The food at the restaurant was ok,however the dust was a issue for me inside the restaurant. I could see that the registers haven't been cleaned in a while.alsi the boat on the ceiling was also covered in dust. Other than that a very pleasant place to stay.i would stay there again the view of the mountains from the suite are amazing!”

“Not a great experience at all. Stains all over the couch and a dead rat at the entrance of the Inn wasn't a great first impression. It was so hard to sleep with all the noise outside our room and we didn't use the pull out couch due to the stains, etc - so we asked and the manager to change rooms. He said no problem. Pack your bags and I will personally move them to the new room before you arrive back to the hotel. When we got back - nothing was moved and the staff said there was no message to...

“It was an incredibly spacious suite, and very comfortable! We would definitely stay there again. We didn’t read or realize that there is no A/C in most rooms, so I would be cautious to book a room in summer because it was warm at night in April. Other than that, it was a lovely stay with friendly staff.”

“Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“Hotel di lusso molto bello. Le camere molto ampie e super accessoriate, letto comodissimo. La posizione è eccezionale praticamente al centro di tutto. Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”
