“Breakfast was good, staff was excellent”

“I stayed for 5 nights in April. The room had everything you could need, was very clean and quiet (could hear the traffic on Goldstream when balcony was open). Staff were very friendly and responded to a call I had about accessing my suite immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“The over all property was fine, our room was not. The bathroom had no outlets that worked. The ceiling near the sinks were low and i kepts bumping my head. The mirror above the sink is so low you can't see your face. The shower enclosure is extremely small for the size of the bathroom. There wasn't anywhere to set your needed items to take a shower. There was a tv in the room, however you couldn't see it from the bed. The breakfast was lovely. Hopefully other rooms are better than the...

“We are a family of 5 and stayed in a room with 3 double beds and it was clean and comfortable. It is right beside a lounge and we could hear a bit of music but that didn’t bother us and my kids are 6, 11 and 14. By 11pm I think it would be quiet already. Would stay here again. ”

“Booked this hotel because of the pool but was told it was it was owned by a different owner. Also was told there was a lawsuit going on between the owner of the pool and hotel. The cost is then $50 a year to use the pool. Extremely misleading and would not stay here again.”

“La struttura, di per sé, avrebbe un grande potenziale, se facessero lavori di ammodernamento. Nelle condizioni attuali sembra di essere nell’Inghilterra degli anni ‘60...senza aver fatto alcuna pulizia nel frattempo! Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche perché le finestre sono state lasciate aperte (e non si potevano chiudere senza arrampicarsi sul letto). Lucernario non completamente oscurabile, con luce negli occhi dalle 5 di Condizioni decadenti e pulizia scarsissima.”

“Parking was underground and was fine. We were disappointed with the air exchange/heater unit. It was very noisy and cycled often, resulting in a poor sleep.”
