“Once you figure out that one side is another property and where the parking is, everything is wonderful. We parked steps from our clean and spacious room. Not having the check in process the night we got there, and being able to wait until morning, was wonderful. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again. “The greeter was such a delight! He made our stay so memorable! The hotel was lovely. It has every romantic getaway must-haves checked. Its in the quieter side of Victoria, so you have to travel 40 minutes farther away from downtown, but it was worth it nevertheless. The hotel suites were spacious and very comfortable. It even has a wide balcony that lets you view a wide range of nature. The room service staff were very friendly and attentive. ”

“The Coast has been our 'go to' for the past 20 years when we have come to Victoria (almost annually). Phenomenal location. Room was incredibly beautiful - the view was the best we have ever experienced. Wonderful service. The only negative was 1 elevator was down so the wait time was sometimes long. We took the stairs (and on the 10th floor, that was a sweat!) However, would always come back 100% everytime. Location, location, location! (And the hotel is rooms were beautiful.)”

“I was in town for the big car show. I picked the Pendray because I figured my wife would like it, she loved it. The staff was great, and the included tiered breakfast were delicious. The Pendray is an old mansion, and didn’t have air conditioning, so take that into account in the summer. We live in an old house, so that wasn’t really an issue for us.”

“This hotel is lovely and very centrally located. We walked all over Victoria and never needed an Uber/ taxi. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The lobby and common spaces are beautifully decorated and cold water is available in the lobby to refill water bottles. The room was luxurious and spacious. We stayed in the older Laurel section and the room was excellent. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. I highly recommend this hotel. Someday, I hope to return to beautiful...
