It felt more personal and relaxed than a typical hotel, while still being professional and convenient. I really appreciated the comfort, privacy, and overall thoughtful setup. I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.”

“room was clean, they didn't leave kerig coffee packs after the 2nd night Elevator down for approx 4 hrs, hotel did send text indicating elevator was down Kids on the weekend, playing lacrosse in the hallways, riding the elevator up and down, and running up and down the halls yelling and screaming, no staff around and parents didn't care”

We got scammed by another booking and wound up staying here very last min, so we were quite panicked when we arrived the staff were helpful, kind, and overall just changed the tone of our day to pleasant. “Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

“I stayed at Hotel Zed with a friend for a girls trip and it was awesome. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They let us check in early, which was so helpful since we were on an early flight. The ability to text message the lobby was so convenient and they were always super responsive. We were reluctant to stay at a hotel outside of downtown but the location was super easy to navigate to a cool restaurant or the wharf with a quick Uber ride. Thank you Hotel Zed!!!”

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”

“The kids really enjoyed the seals, otters, and blue herons in the harbour. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, and enjoyable stroll or water taxi to the other side of the harbour. The staff, views, and location were incredible!”
