“We had a 4 day stay. We did not receive maid service once despite requesting it on 2 occasions. Our towels and hand cloths were not replaced once. We had to go to the front desk each evening on our return to get clean towels. No apologies from staff. Our sink leaked and the shower curtain was too short and water escaped under it. It was constantly like walking around in a high school locker room. There was black mold in the shower area. Both my wifecand I now have an upper respiratory infection....

“Parking was fine. Girl working was okay. The place is a dump tho. Got in room and there were no bedside lamps the walls had some sort of dried fluid. The floors were absolutely filthy. Dead bugs laying around. I went to turn on tv and there was no remote. After i got one from the desk i turned the tv on only to find the dish network box wasnt working. I couldnt take a shower cause it was more dirty than i was. The list goes on. Absolutley avoid this place at all cost.”

“Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room.
