While there is no concierge, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I received quick responses to any questions. Location in old city is excellent and provided a good base for exploring Philly. Highly recommend”

“Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Philadelphia. Camere spaziose, pulite e molto belle. Letti comodi e bagno grande! Posizione top per raggiungere a piedi i punti nevralgici della città! Buona anche la colazione nella reception dove c'è un bar/chiosco che fa cappuccini cornetti ecc...e si può prendere la colazione per 10$ circa! Altrimenti optare per il caratteristico mercato amish proprio di fronte l'hotel! ”

“A very cosy and modern furnished room, with a nice entrance corridor, a comfy bed and design bathroom. I felt like I had my own small and cosy flat. They let me check in early and allowed me to use a bike for free to discover the city. Staff is very friendly. The position is very central, will definitely come back. ”
