“The hotel is located in a between downtown area with a lot of restaurants in walking distance to choice from. When we arrived valet was awesome and the hotel lobby was beautiful. They did have to change our room due to some small issues that were addressed immediately. The recreation area was so nice and the kids had so much bowling. We ate at Mellow Mushroom which was about 3 blocks up and it was worth every bite 10/10”

“Wasn’t told that you had to pay $10.00 for the breakfast until after we had our plate of food which was a small bowl of oatmeal. The kitchen attendant was very rude to the guest as well as the front counter attendant cursing and just down right rude for what could have been a slight oversight on a correctable issue instead after encountering her we checked out of the hotel.”

“My room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that breakfast is not included but is available for a price. Parking is available right next door in a parking deck for $15 a day. Good location in the heart of downtown.”

“The rooms are highly sprayed with disinfectant spray. I could hardly breathe when i opened the door. Needless to say we left and did not stay the night because even our clothes smelled like it. Discusting experience. Parking was fine.”

“Rooms are very clean; shower and bathroom were very clean also. Breakfast is what you need to start your day and the women working breakfast was very pleasant keep the food and coffee supplied. all the staff were very pleasant and helpful if in the area again this I will stay here. Parking not to bad garage is across the street but the street is not a busy one. Parking Garage drawback is spaces are very tight for large SUV or Pickup truck.”

“I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter.”

“The area was so trashy! The hotel was sketchy! The room was dirty, we saw a crack pipe in our room. Only stayed because it was a short stay and we couldn’t get refunded”

“Clean room. Wonderful and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a good variety. The coffee was excellent. The lobby smelled like smoke when we first walked in but the rest of the hotel was fine. Finding a park was a challenge because of all the teams staying there but it showed how popular this hotel is. We had a great stay”

“My dad travels a lot for work and mostly stays at Fairfield. My husband and I ended up taking his recommendation after an awful experience with Hyatt. The beds were super comfy, hotel was clean and the staff was so nice! It was a really great experience especially after a 10+ hour drive on the road. We 10/10 recommend!”
